How do I join the loyalty program?
To get started, click the ‘Join now’ button at the top of this page or the ‘Account’ icon in our navigation. You’ll be taken to a page where you can create your account.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email - follow the link inside to activate your account and you’re in!
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account and add your fave products to cart.
When you check out, you’ll see a dropdown menu with the number of points you have (if any) that can be applied to your order.
Click redeem discount and your code will be applied to your order.
Your code is valid for 30 days only and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
I redeemed but didn't purchase, where are my points?
When you apply your points at checkout, they’re automatically deducted from your account and a discount code is generated for you.
If you don’t complete the checkout right away, no worries - your discount code will be emailed to you so you can use it anytime.
Just remember, you have 30 days to redeem your voucher before it expires.
How do I earn points for my birthday?
Be sure to update your account with your birth date at least 30 days before your birthday. When your big day arrives, we’ll send a special discount code straight to your inbox to enjoy at checkout.
Your birthday treat is valid for 30 days only and cannot be combined with other offers.
How can I check my points balance?
You can log into your account anytime, and at the top of the page you’ll see your current points balance - plus whether you have enough points to redeem them!
How long are points valid for?
Points expire 1 year after you earn them. Once you redeem your points for a reward, that reward is valid for 30 days.
Can I use my loyalty points during a sale?
No, loyalty points are not eligible for use during sale promotions.
