I've changed my mind. I don't want my order anymore?
Want to break up with us? You’ve got 30 days to do it.
Any item purchased directly through our website can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging in which you received it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty).
(We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods)
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

I didn't see results. I feel cheated!
We have a very generous 60-day money-back guarantee! This policy is applicable to products purchased directly through our website.
If you don’t see results, you can return your product(s) within 60 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- We’ll cover the cost of return postage.
- You can choose a replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us first at hello@thebreakouthack.co.uk with your order number and product details so we can sort it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment method company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items
Sale or discounted items are still covered by your statutory rights (e.g. if faulty, damaged, or not as described)
Outside of that, sale items aren’t eligible for our 60-day guarantee or discretionary refunds.
External Retailers
If you purchased The Breakout Hack from an external retailer (e.g. Boots), please contact them directly. We can only refund or replace orders made through thebreakouthack.co.uk.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@thebreakouthack.co.uk and send your item to:
